Spirititual Life Coaching is a non-religious, goal-oriented method for revealing the inherent truth of who you are for purposeful direction and personal freedom.  This unique collaboration between the coach and the client brings perspective, insight and resolution to areas of your life where you desire change.  A coach helps you to identify the skills and strengths you already have so that you can apply them towards a life of purpose and meaning.  Meaningful transformation comes first through awareness, responsibility, and then through taking action.  Coaching is neither therapy nor counseling, but serves to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and effective action planning to achieve what you want for your life. Coaching can be conducted over the telephone or in person.
