Initial Assessment & Individual Therapy
I work with individuals who are ready to make positive changes in their lives. I help my clients understand how and why certain thoughts, feelings, limiting beliefs and behaviors started. Then, I guide them through the process of acceptance and letting go, so that they can live a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, my job is to teach my clients the skills necessary to be able to move forward with their lives. I am committed to guiding my clients towards healing as quickly as possible.
My therapeutic approach includes supportive listening, empathetic understanding, and unconditional positive regard. I utilize Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Brainspotting, EFT Tapping, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Guided Imagery, Mindfulness and Parts Psychology methods to help facilitate change and healing. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, licensed drug and alcohol counselor, hypnotherapist and master reiki practitioner.

I am accepting United Healthcare insurance at this time.
It is my priority to use a client's insurance benefits whenever possible. However, if a client's insurance does not cover the services rendered, the client will be responsible for the remaining balance.

The practice of Reiki is channeled life force energy through a practitioners hands unto the receiver. Reiki stimulates energy to move in the body. You already have energy in the body but it may be blocked and not flowing smoothly. During or after a treatment, you may feel the effects of energy being unblocked. It raises awareness in and around the physical body where negative thoughts and feelings are contained and charges them with positive energy.
Benefits of Reiki include: Promoting harmony and balance, deep relaxation, dissolving energy blocks, creating balance between the mind, body & spirit, aids in better sleep, accelerates self healing ability, helps relieve pain, and creates a sense of grounding.
