Initial Assessment & Individual Therapy

I work with individuals who are ready to make positive changes in their lives. I help my clients understand how and why certain thoughts, feelings, limiting beliefs and behaviors started. Then, I guide them through the process of acceptance and letting go, so that they can live a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, my job is to teach my clients the skills necessary to be able to move forward with their lives. I am committed to guiding my clients towards healing as quickly as possible.

My therapeutic approach includes supportive listening, empathetic understanding, and unconditional positive regard. I utilize Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Brainspotting, EFT Tapping, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Guided Imagery,  Mindfulness and Parts Psychology methods to help facilitate change and healing. Benefits of Reiki include: Promoting harmony and balance, deep relaxation, dissolving energy blocks, creating balance between the mind, body & spirit, aids in better sleep, accelerates self healing ability, helps relieve pain, and creates a sense of grounding.
